After 3 consecutive second places at Misano and Adria – along with a retirement in Race 2 at Adria – the Italian Lorenzo Colombo was able to take his first win of the series and the lead of the Drivers Championship. He has 91 points, ahead of the Dutch driver Job Van Uitert (Jenzer Motorsport) on 89 points, second in the championship courtesy of his victory in Race 1 and two second places he scored on the Veneto circuit. Close behind (85 points) is the driver who dominated at Misano, the Venezuelan Sebastian Fernandez (Bhaitech), who in this second round of the series, claimed only 10 points in three races, his best result being fifth in Race 3.

- Further back: the New Zealander Marcus Armstrong (Prema Power Team) with 55 points.

Fifth is Leonardo Lorandi (Bhaitech) with 45 points, followed by the Russian Artem Petrov (41, DR Formula), the German Lirim Zendeli (39, BWT Muecke Motorsport), Brazilian Enzo Fittipaldi (35, Prema Power Team), Estonian Juri Vips (27, Prema Power Team), the Indian Kush Maini (24, Jenzer Motorsport).
- Lorandi, the outright winner of race 2 and consistently the first of the Rookies at Adria, is the new Rookie Trophy Leader on 128 points. Second with 116 points is Enzo Fittipaldi, followed by the Argentine Giorgio Carrara (73, Jenzer Motorsport), Felipe Branquinho (65, DR Formula) and the Italian Andrea DellÁccio (48, Henry Morrogh Racing)
- In the Woman’s Trophy, the German Sophia Flörsch, - BWT Mücke Motorsport – leads with 125 points.
- In the race for the Teams Championship, Bhaitech lead on 219 points, followed by Jenzer Motorsport (115), Prema Power Team (108), DR Formula (59) and BWT Muecke Motorsport (57).
- The third round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth will be run over the weekend of 23rd to 25th of June at the Vallelunga circuit.
