After the fully booked tests in Imola on the 11th and 12th of July, 12 teams and 28 drivers are getting ready for the 3 days of racing at the autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari
25/07/2018 – The Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth is getting ready to race, next 28th and 29th, on the Imola track, where 28 drivers will be at the start of the 3 races of the next ACI Racing Weekend. Among these 28, up to 16 drivers are racing also in the Rookie Trophy.
At the start of 5° appointment of the 2018 Championship the classification sees first Enzo Fittipaldi (Prema Theodore Racing), whos name evidently recalls the one of the mith Enzo Ferrari, and who has reached best possible results at the last weekend in Misano with 3 pole positions and 3 wins. Behind him, in the genaral standings is Leonardo Lorandi (Bhai Tech Racing), who must find once again the concentration and speed he had in the previous weekend of Monza. Third, still with Prema Theodore Racing, is the British Olli Caldwell. First among Rookies is an excellent Petr Ptacek (Bhai Tech Racing), fourth in general classification, and the strongest antagonist of Fittipaldi on the Misano track.
First 2018 race for the Italian Diego Bertonelli, year 1998, from Massa, who will be racing with team Alma Racing ASD. Bertonelli is though not at all a Rokiee, as he has participated to several races in the Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth in the last years.
Eyes also upon Amna Al Qubaisi (Prema Theodore Racing), only woman of the championship and first Arab woman driver in the history of motorsports, who is continuing her training to be ready for a strong 2019 season.
Unfortunately, one of the Famularo twins (Bhai Tech Racing) will be absent due to the accident in the Imola tests two weeks ago, that will determine for him a stop of 6 months.
