AKM Motorsport team is preparing to start its fourth season in the Italian F4 Championship and announces its line-up ahead of the first of seven rounds of the calendar scheduled to take place at the Imola circuit, over the weekend of April 21/23. On the Santerno track, the team led by Marco Antonelli will be present with a poker of drivers, all of them very young and at their debut in single-seaters.

Starting with Davide Larini, 15 years old in October and son of former Formula 1 driver Nicola, coming from karts. The Tuscan until 2020 militated in the 60 Mini, then moved to the 125 Junior excelling in the Italian ACI Rok (the title was not awarded to him for not having taken part in all the races on the calendar) and in the European Cup, while last year he was crowned Italian vice-Champion of the 125 Senior.

An absolute novelty will be the presence of a female driver, who answers to the name of Tina Hausmann. The Swiss (16 years old) has also made her way through the karting ranks, putting herself on the map in the Swiss Rotax Max Challenge in the Mini and Junior categories, before recently taking part in the ADAC Kart Masters with CRG Holland.

First season in single-seaters for Enzo Deligny as well. The Frenchman is the youngest of all, since he will turn 15 only in a few days, having been born on April 17, 2008. Last year he finished seventh in the KF1 world kart championship held at the Sarno track and took a best third place in Zuera in the European series.

The fourth name is that of Griffin Peebles. The Australian, who instead turned 15 in February, has followed a similar path to Deligny's and in the past two seasons has taken part in the World and European karting championships. And, as well as with his three teammates, he has already conducted several tests with the San Marino Team's Tatuus F4.

"In Imola we will have a very interesting line-up, consisting only of rookies. I'm really happy with these guys and absolutely sure that they will be able to have their say, putting their best efforts into having a satisfying weekend anyway," commented Marco Antonelli.

The Italian series after Imola will go this year at Misano in early May and will stop at Spa at the end of the same month. Then, it will be Monza that will host the fourth round in June. In July the second foreign trip, to Paul Ricard, before the grand finale of Mugello (September) and Vallelunga (October).
