French team R-ace GP, led by Thibaut de Mérindol, has officially announced the signing of Emanuele Olivieri for the 2025 season of the Italian Formula 4 Championship, promoted by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion. It’s a comeback that signals renewed ambition for the 2008-born driver from Asti, already a notable presence on the national scene.
This won’t be Olivieri’s first appearance in the Italian series, as he already contested the full season last year. Over the winter break, however, he added a key chapter to his journey: racing under the R-ace GP banner, he dominated the F4 Middle East Championship with six victories and remarkable consistency, stepping on the podium in every round and sealing the title one race early.

His story in Formula 4 began last year, when he repeatedly stood out among the rookies. Olivieri’s development also passed through the ACI Sport Federal School, where in 2023 he was selected for the 20th Supercorso Federale ACI Sport, the training program for the most promising young drivers. He not only impressed throughout the sessions but went on to win the final award — a recognition that marked the beginning of a rapid rise, now confirmed by his leap to international prominence.
With solid experience built between Italy and the Middle East, and the support of a top team like R-ace GP, the young driver is getting ready to tackle one of the most competitive seasons across the global F4 landscape, with his sights already set on the next steps of his career.
The talented sixteen-year-old, having already secured a title earlier this year, now aims to double down:
“After winning the championship in F4 Middle East, the goal is high. It is going to be harder as well. But i’ll try to do my best to win!”
